Position Overview

Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a prominent law firm to find an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join their team in Georgia. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil litigation and demonstrate exceptional skills in analytical thinking, writing, and verbal communication. This is an in-person position located in Atlanta, GA, and offers a collaborative work environment where the attorney will deliver exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Join the team in Atlanta, GA, as a Litigation Associate.
  • Possess 4-6 years of civil litigation experience with a working knowledge of all phases of litigation.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical, written, and verbal skills with strong academic credentials.
  • Preferably have federal clerkship, deposition, and hearing experience.
  • Exhibit an ownership mentality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients and ensure legal compliance in all activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve successful litigation outcomes.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Georgia law and legal procedures.
  • Be licensed to practice law in Georgia.

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of civil litigation experience.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Federal clerkship, deposition, and hearing experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Licensed to practice law in Georgia.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, standard business hours.

Additional Details

Max Pay is $220,000/yr. Min Pay is $200,000/yr.
